Our offers and services are provided in good faith and are subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time as per our discretion.
None of our offers are redeemable for cash and no offer can be used in conjunction with any other offer. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions as detailed below:
- Free Safety Inspection – this deal entitles the bearer to a free inspection of their plumbing fixtures as part of any paid service call. The inspection conducted will be a visual, non-intrusive inspection. It must be noted that certain plumbing issues may not be visible using this method of inspection and therefore this inspection is in no way a guarantee of safe operation of your plumbing system. ClearBlockedDrains accepts no responsibility for the ongoing performance of, or problems which may arise with the plumbing system during or after the inspection.
- $99 Blocked Drain Deal – this deal entitles the bearer to 30 minutes labour by our technician and use of manual equipment (such as a mini eel or plunger) in an attempt to clear out your blocked drain. For this offer to be valid, clear access to the pipe is required and the property owner must be available at home while we attend. Once the initial 30 minutes of attempting to clear the blockage lapses, labour will be chargeable, although no further work will be done or charges incurred without your approval. Offer only applies during normal working hours.
- $50 Job Discount – this is an offer which entitles the bearer to a $50 discount on the final invoice total in the case of approved works only. If the bearer decides against going ahead with suggested works, a service fee of $77 will be incurred, which is not eligible for a $50 reduction with the use of the $50 discount voucher.
